Jack Cranage

Jack is an experienced conveyancing Solicitor having qualified in 1993. Since this time Jack has built up a wealth of experience specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and has built a loyal client base.

He prides himself on a knowledgeable, efficient and cost effective service to all clients, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies whether buying and selling your business or looking to start up a new business. Jack has acted in the purchase of all businesses and therefore has detailed commercial knowledge on the needs of your business.

In his spare time Jack enjoys playing the Guitar, attending Blues concerts and playing chess for Halesowen Chess Club. He is also a keen cook!

Dorothy Cavanagh

Dorothy is a legal executive with over 25 years experience and with her background in social care she is our elderly client expert.  She has expertise in wills and probate, long term residential care, preservation of home and assets, welfare benefits and powers of attorney.  If you have a need for advice about your later life plans contact Dorothy.

Kimberley Tucker

Kimberley is a Trainee Solicitor and joined Baches in March 2017. Kimberley studied both her LLB Law with Business Degree and Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University.  She has previously worked at other well established firms in the West Midlands and has over three years’ experience working in Residential Property. Kimberley is able to assist clients through the often very stressful process of buying and selling their properties. Her expertise and friendly nature make the transaction run smoothly.

In her spare time Kimberley enjoys swimming and cooking.
