West Bromwich Boys’ Brigade Camping Site

Partner, Jenny Styler has successfully registered West Bromwich Boys’ Brigade Camping Site at Dyffryn Ardudwy in Wales at the Land Registry. The site was unregistered and the evidence of the Brigade’s ownership depended upon deeds which went back as far as 1923 and very out of date plans. Now the property is registered there can be no dispute as to the Brigade’s ownership. Old deeds and unregistered property can give so many problems for property owners. The firm did the work on a voluntary basis and did not make any charge to the Boys’ Brigade in view of the great work that the Brigade does with the local youth.
