We will be with you every step of the way. We understand that coming to a Solicitor’s office is intimidating, so we can meet you at a place of safety such as a refuge or a friend’s house. We can meet with you via video link if that is what you would prefer.

We know that other things make it difficult to confront an abuser. There can be consequences such as financial disputes and even disputes about residence and contact with any children involved. We have a highly experienced and well-established Family Law team who can help you with this.

About Hollie Styles

Hollie is a FCILEX-Advocate, having read Law with Politics with at Keele before qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and gaining her Advocacy qualification. She is a legal aid supervisor and also accredited by the Law Society for Family Law. She has been in practice since 2007 specialising in all matters relating to children, and the breakdown of marriages.

Hollie offers a direct approach, legal ease and empathetic service for her clients.

Rachel is a Solicitor in the firm. She began her career with Baches in 2025 after qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2024. Rachel has a degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Legal Practice. As a Solicitor she specialises in divorce, financial remedy, separation agreements, cohabitation disputes/agreements, private children law applications and domestic abuse injunctions.
